Things lately

It's not like I'm not missing blogging and writing things out of my system. Even today, I'm doing the same, but nowadays, i find something or someone to keep me busy and blogging just takes a step back. I would love to get back to my blogging family and read them all everyday, however, I'm just not in the same place as i was last year when i had all the time in world to dedicate to my blog.

I do miss not been able to write, mostly after watching a good great movie or after an experience or anything because that's how i always blogged and what i blogged about.

Though, it did hit me to quit but then i thought, i won't gain by quitting but i'll surely loose something which i have been holding on to for past 4 years now. My blog is one of those few cherished/achieved things i have in my life.
And then, where will i share my first's. I mean, I'm still going to have a lot of first's. There's a lot for me to be experience, to see, to feel and to live. And what place better than my own blog.

I know blogs are loosing their touch because of all the facebook and twitter likes, but, i think blogs will hit back like the FM radio did. I may not be consistent and frequent but a time/phase in my life when I'll blog frequently as i was last year. But for that, my blog and my life had to wait.

Any who, for those few people who read me, just a reminder, this won't gonna end. You all will get those bugging updates and subscription mails reminding that this blog is still alive.

My First Blog Award

Hey All,

Its been a long time since i posted something relevant, well you guys will not need to wait for more.....cause i'm back from my vacations and want to tell a lot of stories to you.

First thing first, when i came back on Monday morning and opened my Gmail, there i saw a mail lying from the JUNE ZACH ..... more famously known as the Fledging Blogger in the Entrecard World. Well the message said he's presenting me with an award. It's a “Best Blog Award” and “A Loyalty Blog Award” and i was dude what did i do?

This is the second time in the last week when i was awarded something from June Zach. Before getting this award, i also received a free one month Advert place on his blog which will increase my blog traffic. I the top blog for the month of November on June's page ......he does a lot of counting and stats to find that out. I couldn't even look at my entrecard stats.....that's how lazy i'm.

But i really loved it because not only it's my first blog award but also, it's coming from June Zach, the kind of reputation he has in the blogging world.

Also, i need to pass this award to fellow bloggers whom i think deserve it. I want to clear things up. I don't know what are basics of awarding somebody, so my decision is all biased.

Link From My Blog

Hi all,

I have enrolled as a member to Link From Blog so that i can buy blog links. Why i joined in? cause i think this site will take my blog to many more people. The reach of my blog will increase. I read about this site from another fellow blogger and then i also contact that fellow blogger about the worth of enrolling here.

The person gave some really good comments about this site and that lead me to join it. Last 2-3 months, i have been pretty active as far as my blog and blogging is concerned. Dropping entrecards here and there and following my favorite blogs...............to pull more and more people to my blog. However, pulling people to any blog is not easy. I started as a new bee in the Entrecard community then after less than 3 months, i have made it to the top 15 blogs of my category "Personal Dairy" which consists of more than 3200 blogs.

Entrecard is getting me good traffic, however after sometime i got know that its limiting. It limits your traffic.......so i started looking for other option. During which i encountered this web page.

Hope they will help me reach masses........\,,,/

Note :- They have a sign up bonus too. How many have that huhhhh???????

Damn You Pop Up's

Yesterday, i got this mail from one of my visitors.......saying that i have irritating pop up's on my blog. I don't know where these came from.............i have been banned from Entrecard regarding the same issue some 3 months back.......i want to get rid of these pop up's. Also i think these pretty random because i haven't seen one on my page......while accessing it.


Request to all visitors, if you find any pop up.......plz tell me...and also if you can suggest what i can do to make'em go away. I think one of the reason for the pop up's are thw widgets we have on our page..........i'll need to check all of them.....

So, as today is the last working day of the week, i'll be working on this issue this weekend.....try to give the whole weekend.....think will reconsider all the widgets i have........
